QuickBooks Error 12007 is generally caused by QuickBooks not having the capacity to discover an IP address for a server. To settle this, you'll need to ensure that you're Internet Explorer is configured legitimately.
Get Solution of QuickBooks Error
Open your Internet Explorer.
At the upper right corner, click on the Tools icon and choose Internet options.
Go to the Advanced tab.
Under Settings, find and check the box for Use TLS 1.0.
Verify that the boxes for Use TLS 1.1 and Use TLS 1.2 are not checked.
Click on Apply then OK to close the window.
Try to update QuickBooks again.
